Ingredients:
| Green Cabbage, thinly sliced | 1/2 |
| Purple Cabbage, thinly sliced | 1/2 |
| Grated carrot | 1 cup |
| Grated Ginger | 1 tbsp. |
| Zest of 1 lemon | |
| Juice of 1 lemon | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1/4 cup |
| Celery seeds | 1 tsp |
| Salt and Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, ginger, olive oil celery seeds, salt and pepper. Toss in cabbage and carrot. Sprinkle lemon zest over the top.
I never worry about getting the amounts exactly right. I just keep adjusting until it tastes good 😉
