Ingredients:
Olive oil | 1/4 cup |
Juice of one lemon | |
Dijon mustard | 1 tbsp. |
Honey | 1 tsp. |
Worchestershire sauce | 1/2 tsp. |
Fresh minced garlic | 1 tsp |
Fresh chopped rosemary | 2 tbsp. |
Fresh chopped mint | 2 tsp. |
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Rub all over the leg of lamb and let set in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
Roast at 350°F until the internal temperature is at least:
- 145°F for medium rare
- 160°F for medium
- 170°F for well done.
