Green Cabbage, thinly sliced 1/2
Purple Cabbage, thinly sliced 1/2
Grated carrot 1 cup
Grated Ginger 1 tbsp.
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup
Celery seeds 1 tsp
Salt and Pepper, to taste


In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, ginger, olive oil celery seeds, salt and pepper.   Toss in cabbage and carrot.  Sprinkle lemon zest over the top.
I never worry about getting the amounts exactly right. I just keep adjusting until it tastes good 😉
